**Objects:** THE RELIEF OF POVERTY ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION PROMOTION OF RELIGION ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD AND OTHER PURPOSES BENEFICIAL TO THE PUBLIC WHICH ARE CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO ENGLISH LAW AND (WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THAT GENERALITY) TO ENABLE THE MEMBER CHARITIES TO BETTER MEET THEIR RESPECTIVE CHARITABLE PURPOSES.

**Activities:** We are a Consortium of 4 charities, AMREF,LC Disability, LEPRA Health in Action and DeafkidzInternational, who join together for Payroll Giving recruitment. We use 3 agencies to collect Donors for us. At regular board meeting we disburse this money to the 4 charities.
