Objects: (A) The Relief Of Animals Suffering From Injury, Sickness, Ill Treatment, Maltreatment Or Neglect;(b) The Establishment And Maintenance Of Clinics Or Hospitals For The Reception, Treatment And If Necessary Painless Destruction Of Sick And Injured Animals;(c) The Provision Of Accommodation For Unwanted And Homeless Animals Until Permanent Homes Are Found For Them Or When Necessary The Provision For Their Painless Destruction;(d) The Encouragement And Assistance Of Educational Research Work To Prevent Animal Suffering In Any Of Its Forms; And(e) The General Purposes Of Such Charitable Bodies Or For Such Other Purposes As Shall Be Exclusively Charitable As The Trustees May From Time To Time Decide.
