have brought the school community

have had regard to the Charity
Cornmission's guidance on public benefit.

England School PTA are undertaken with
the primary aim of E¢nefiting the pupils of
the school and the wider community. The

The PTA continues to ensure that its
activities are carried out in a way that is
open and accessible to all members of the
school community, without any barriers to
participation. The trust¢¢s remain
committed to acting in the best interests of
the public. and in particular, the children
attending St Andrew's Church of England
School.

In consultation with the Senior Leadership
TeanL PTA was able to align its
fundraising efforts with the %lM)ol's
priorities. The Senior Leadership Team put
forward their fill￿ing priorities for the year.

New Playground Equipment: The new
equipment is designed to enhance the
physical and mental heahl4 social. and
emotional wellbeing of the ¢hildren. It
provides a space for enjoyment and play
during PE lessons. lunchtimes. and after-
school clubs, benefiting pupils across all
year groups.

Our principal sources of income come from
selling tickets for events, as well as selling
raffle tickets. toys, food, and drinks at our
events. Th¢ majority of this income comes
from the continu¢d support of our school
comrnunity-our parents. families, and
local businesses. Their generosity is vitaI to
the vfA's ability to fund activities and
initiatives that enhance the student
experience.

The trustees of the St Andrew's Church of
England School Parent-Tea¢her Association
(VFA) are elected at the Annual G¢n¢ral
Meeting (AGM) by m¢mbers of the PTA
committee. In line with our governing
procedures, all committee members must be
part of the school community, ensuring ihal
those who take on trustee roles are closely
involv¢d and committed to the school's
values and priorities.
The process is open and transparent, and all
members of the ￿h0o1 community are
encouraged to participate in the AGM and
consider kcoming part of the PTA
leadership team.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31/07/2024 **DD / MM / YYYY** . 

**Responsibilities and** As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation of **basis of report** the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). 

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out  under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5) (b) of the Act.
