**Objects:** THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND IN PARTICULAR THE FURTHERANCE OF THE CHARITABLE WORK OF ANY HOSPICE. THIS SHALL EXTENT TO THE PROVISION OF GRANTS TO PAY FOR MEDICAL TRAINING FOR THOSE WORKING OR INTENDING TO WORK AT ANY HOSPICE AND TO PROVIDE ACCOMMODATION TO PATIENTS AND FOR MEDICAL STAFF VISITORS AND RELATIVES IN NECESSITOUS CIRCUMSTANCES WISHING TO VISIT PATIENTS AND GENERALLY TO PROVIDE HELP AND SUPPORT FOR THE TERMINALLY ILL AND THEIR FAMILIES.

**Activities:** The charity runs two ambulances which are used for in transporting patients to and from  hospices, hospitals, etc. The charity also runs day care projects for the chronically ill.
