**Objects:** TO CULTIVATE TE DRAMATIC AND OPERATIC ARTS AND IMPROVE AND EDUCATE THE PUBLIC TASTE IN THOSE ARTS. TO PROMOTE THE PRODUCTION OF DRAMATIC AND OPERATIC WORKS HAVING AN EDUCATIVE VALUE IN FURTHERANCE OF ABOVE AND WITH THE FURTHER OBJECT OF RAISING FUNDS TO BE DEVOTED SOLELY TO CHARITABLE PURPOSES. TO DO ALL SUCH THINGS AS SHALL BE CONDUCIVE TO THE ATTAINMENT OF THE ABOVE OBJECTS.

**Activities:** The object of the charity is to cultivate the Dramatic and Operatic Arts and improve and educate the public taste in those arts; to promote the production of Dramatic and Operatic works having educative value in the foregoing and with the further object of raising funds to be devoted solely to charitable purposes.
