**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND RELIEVE THE DISABILITIES OF THE PUPILS AND STUDENTS OF THE SCHOOL BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY.
