Tntstees Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2024
The charitable objett of Hazelwood Parent Staff Association (HP5A) is to advance the
education ot all pupils at Hazelwood Infant and Junior sthools.
The Association aims to raise funds for the School and build communlty spirit among all
members of the school's community. The A550ciatlon relies on volunteers from within the
school community and support from the wider local community.
HPSA'S Executive Commlttee consists of the Chair, Wice Chair, Secretary and Treasurer wlth
rde5 oftenl)eing shared. All positions are proposed, seconded and voted upon at the
AGM. The HPSA Committee was voted in at the AGM on 3rd July 2023.

HPSA'S maln fundraislng actlvitles durln8 the year were: Summer fete. Christmas fete, Qulz
nlghc school dlscos and movie nights.
Totsl fecelpts for the year was £30,976. This year we made d￿atIOnS to the school of
£9,685. The Association's cash reserves remaln healthy. wlth a balance at the year*nd of
£21,937.
For the future, the Assoclatlon Is committed to the continued funding of equipment and
resources, as identified by the school leadershlp team. It also commltted to continue to
support dubs, garden areas, sports and small fundin8 requests as discussed and agreed at
regular open meetin8S.
The trustees and exectrtive commlttee members would Ilke to thank the staff, puplls and
parents of Hazelwood Schools, as well as the wider community, for thelr contlnued
support.
