To provide three rooms of different capacities for the use of various organisations and people from the local community
Objects: (A) To Promote The Benefit Of The The Inhabitants Of The Area Of The Civil Parish Of Compton And Shawford Without Distinction Of Sex Or Political Religious Or Other Opinions By Associating The Local Authorities, Voluntary Organisations And Inhabitants In A Common Effort To Advance Education An To Provide Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation With Th Object Of Improving The Condition Of Life For Said Inhabitants.(b) To Maintain And Manage Shawford Parish Hall And Any Other Centre For Activities Promoted By The Association And Its Constituent Bodies In Furtherance Of The Above Objects.
