**Activities:** To promote and develop programmes to meet the social, cultural and educational needs for children and young people within LB Hounslow, particularly those at risk of social exclusion, including the creation of safe environments for young people to develop their skills, promote social responsibility and encourage their active participation in the organisation of these programmes.
