To promote the benefits and facilitate active engagement in sports and leisure activities for the inhabitants of Hamstreet District (Ashford, Kent) and local parishes to improve social welfare, social cohesion and engagement in the local community.

Objects: The Objects Of The Association Shall Be To Promote The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of Hamstreet District And The Neighbourhood, Hereinafter Called "the Area Of Benefit" Without Discretion Of Sex Or Of Political, Religious Or Other Opinions By Associating The Local Authorities Voluntary Organisations And The Inhabitants In A Common Effort To Provide Facilities In The Interest Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Leisure-Time Occupation With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Said Inhabitants.
