We report on the examination of the accounts of The French Porcelain SocAety for the year ended 31
March 2025 which are set out on page5 1 to 6.

The Charilys trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The Charitls trustees
consider that an audit is not required lor this year lunder section 14412> of the Charities Act 2011 (the
2011 Acll and that an independent examination is needed.

Our examination was carried oul in accordance with Ihe General directs'ons given by the Charity
Commissioners. An ex8min8tion include5 a review of the accounting rocords kept by the charity and
a comparison of the accounts presenleil wth those records. 11 also includes consideration of any
unusual items or disclosures in the accounts anil seeking explanalions Irom you as trustg9S
concerning such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be
required of an audit, and consequently I do not express an audit opinion on the view given by the
accounts.
