||The Charity began the financial year with a special centenary<br>concert|on|on|

||May 1".The event was a departure<br>from the usual classical programme,|||
||presenting<br>orchestral<br>versions of 1970s hits, with a view to bringing<br>the|||
||Orchestra<br>to the attention<br>ofa wider public. This was followed<br>by a|||
||further season of6classical orchestral concerts.|||
||The Charity's<br>Education<br>Officer was once again able to work with local|||

|||||Holistic Trust, was to be used specifically for our education<br>outreach|||
|||||activities over a three- year period. This appears<br>in the 'restricted|funds'||
|||||section of our cash accounts, together<br>with further cash donations|made||
|||||specifically to our Outreach<br>activities through<br>a retiring<br>collection|at our||
|||||December concert.|||
