Officer was once again able to visit local schools
and co-ordinate outreach
activities,

included demonstrations of
instruments,
workshops
and performances with 5 primary schools and

achievements ofthe charity The Charity delivered
six full orchestral
concerts
in Tunbridge
Wells,
during the year despite continued
disruption
due to the covid pandemic.
To mark its Centenary
Season, the orchestra also recorded a CD of
music drawn
from the season's
programme,
to be used as a souvenir of
the Centenary,
for fundraising
amongst
supporters
and to attract
new
members.
The Charity's
Education
Outreach
activities delivered
workshops
and
performances
amongst five local primary schools.
In addition, a
conducting
workshop
with a well-known
English conductor was held for
local 16-18year olds studying
A level music, and a composition
workshop
was held for 11year olds, lead by a local composer.
A further centenary
celebration
concert was also planned,
to be delivered
in May 2022.
