**Activities:** The principal activities of the charity are the promotion and advancement of public education of the art of drawing and painting. This is achieved through running  life classes and  workshops, the mounting of an annual open exhibition in London, the award of annual scholarships and the distribution by e-mail of a monthly newsletter that is circulated to Friends and a mailing list of supporters.
