Playgoers has been providing regular theatrical entertainment of educational, cultural and artistic value, in and around Dartington for over 70 years. It has about 70 members, aged 15 to 80 involved in acting, directing, producing, set building, props, stage management, front of house, lighting, costumes etc.Performances include rehearsed play readings, workshops and full play productions.
Objects: To Advance The Education Of The Public In The Dramtic Arts, In Particular By The Provision On The Dartington Hall Estate And Elsewhere Of Regular Theatrical Entertainment Of Educational Cultural And Artistic Value.
