One Westminster was formed on 1 April 2014 by the merger of Volunteer Centre Westminster and Voluntary Action Westminster. Its mission is to transorm peoples lives through volunteering and voluntary sector support. It provides a range of volunteer brokerage, training and front line community services as well as a diverse range of support services for charities and community groups in Westminster.

Objects: To Undertake And Arrange Voluntary Work In Education, Social Services And Similar Charitable Activities, Amongst Those Persons In Need Thereof And For This Purpose But Not Otherwise The Bureau Shall Have The Powers Herein Contained. (For Details See Clause 3 Of Memorandum Of Association).
