With the s¢h(y)l $uffi¢i8nty funded this year by central govemment
budgec but anli¢ipating greater need in the coming years, the trust
focused exdusively on raising and consolldating funds to build a
sustainable foundation to help finance th8 school's more sizeable
development prqects in the fjjture. As a result, no direct charitable
expendlture was made in the year, but accumulated funds will be directly
applied to future projects at Dane8field School which meet the objectiV8S
of the TrusL

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity {Ihe Trust") for the year ended 31 August 2025.
Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation
basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act
2011 ('Ihe Act.).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying oul my examination. I
have followed the appI￿able Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 149SXb) of the Act.
