The trustees present their report with the financial statements ol the charity lor the year ended 30 September 2025. The
trustees have adopted the provisions ol Accounting and Reporting by Charities.. Statement ol Recommended Practice
applicable lo charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the
UK and Republic of Ireland IFRS 1021 leftective 1 January 20191.

I report to the charity tru5tee5 on my exarnination of the accounts of The Jewish Children's Holiday Fund (the Trust) for
the year ended 30 September 2025.

As the charity trustees of the Trust you are responsible lor the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the
requirements of the Charities Act 2011 Ilhe ACVI.
I report in respect ol my examination ol the Trust's accounts carried OLJt under Section 145 ol the Ael and in carrying out
rny examination I have followed all applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under Section 14515llbl ol
the Act.
Independent examiner's statement
I have completed my examination. l eonlirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the
examination giving me cause lo believe that in any material respect..
accounting records were not kept in respect of the Trust as required by Section 130 of the Act., or
the aowunls do not acwrd with those records,. or
the accounts do not eomply with the applicable requirements coneerning the form and eontent ol accounts set
out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirernenl that the accounts give
a true and lair view which is not a rnatter considered as part ol an independent examination.
I have no Concerns and have come across no other rnatters in connection with the examination lo which attention should
be drawn in this report in order lo enable a proper understanding ol the accounts to be reaehed.

ACCOUNTING POLICIES

The financial statements ol the charity, which is a public benefit entity under FRS 102, have been prepared in
accordance with the Gharities SORP IFRS 1021 'Accounting and Reporting by Charities.. Staternent of
Recorntn8nded PractieÈ applicable to charitiès pr8paring th8ir aecounts in accordance with thÈ Financial
Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic ol Ireland IFRS 1021 leffective 1 January 20191,,
Financial Reporting Standard 102 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic ol
Ireland, and the Charities Act 2011. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost
convention, with the exception of investments which are included at market value, as rnodified by the revaluation

All incorne is recognised in the Staterrent of Financial Activities On￿ the charity has entitlement to the funds, it
is probable that the income will be received and the arnount can be rneasured reliably.
Expenditure
Liabilities are recognised as expenditure as soon as there is a legal or constructive obligation committing the
charity lo that expenditure, it is probable that a Iransler ol economic benefits will be required in settlefflenl and
the amount of the obligation can be measured reliably. Expenditure is accounted for on an accruals basis and
has been classified undei headings that aggregate all cost related lo the oalegory. Where Costs oannol be
directly attributed to particular headings they have been allocated to activities on a basis eonsistenl with the use
ol resources.
Grants offered subject to conditions which have not been met at the year end date are noted as a commitment
bul not accrued as expenditur8.
Taxation
The charity is exernpt from tax on its charitable activities.

Unrestricted funds can be used in a¢¢ordan¢e with the ¢haritable objectives al the discretion ol the Iruslees.
Restricted funds can only be used lor particular restricted purposes within the objects ol the charity. Restrictions
arise when specified by the donor or when funds are raised for particular restricted purposes.
