CONSTITUTION
The Natioiial Asso¢ialion of Clinical Tutors (now known AS NACT UK tradsng a5 Medical Education Leader5 UK) was
form¢d in 1969 as an uninco]porated asso¢iation. It is goveTned by the coiistitutioii rule5 ratified at the AGM of 12 May
2023.
PRINCIPAL AIMS
The object of the Association shall be the promotion of medical education ai)d professional development of i))edi¢al
educators in all its aspects. This object shall be attained by holding at least oiie Jneeting antlually for the di5CU5sioJi of any
relevant malt¢rs aiid by su¢h means as tlie Council shall approve.
