**Objects:** To promote, throughout Kent, the welfare of people with chronic kidney disease (CKD) including their families, friends and carers.

**Activities:** We promote throughout Kent the welfare of persons requiring Renal Replacement Therapy and provide support and information to those patients and their families and carers. We create awareness of Renal Failure and thus encourage the Kidney Donor System.
