**Objects:** GENERAL CHARITABLE PURPOSES, BUT IN PARTICULAR:(A) THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION AND COMMUNITY OUTREACH BY THE CATHEDRAL IN SUPPORT OF ITS SPIRITUAL, PASTORAL, EVANGELISTIC, SOCIAL AND ECUMENICAL WORK FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE CITY AND THE DIOCESE OF PORTSMOUTH(B) THE PROMOTION AND ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF MEMBERS OF THE CONGREGATION OF THE CATHEDRAL AND OTHER CITIZENS OF THE CITY AND DIOCESE OF PORTSMOUTH IN SUPPORT OF SUCH WORK C) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND MITIGATION OF SOCIAL DEPRIVATION AMONGST CITIZENS OF THE CITY AND DIOCESE OF PORTSMOUTH BY THE CARRYING OUT SUCH WORK.

**Activities:** To assist in the development, restoration and repair of Portsmouth Anglican Cathedral: to help develop the artistic and musical life of the Cathedral and to promote the advancement of education and training in music of children and support other artistic or musical endeavour and events for young people.
