Activities
The Woodhatch Community Association supports The Woodhatch Centre which is open for the Active Elderly, 50 plus group Monday-Friday 9.30am-4pm. There are activities daily which include Healthy Living events, craft, bingo, dominoes, tea dances, bowls, table tennis, outings and holidays. It's a drop in centre for the whole community for refreshments or room hire for a private function.
Objects: To Promote The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of Woodhatch, South Park, Meadvale And The Immediate Neighbourhood, Together Defined By The Boundaries Of The Borogh Of Reigate Soth Of The M25 Herinafter Called The Area Of Benefit Without Distinction Of Sex Or Of Political, Religious Or Other Opinions By Associating The Local Authorities, Voluntary Organisations And Inhabitants In A Common Effort To Advance Education And To Provide Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Leisure-Time Occupation With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Said Inhabitants; To Establish Or To Secure The Establishment Of A Community Centre.
