To provide high quality, innovative services that support and make a difference to all affected by adoption and permanency: children and families, adults who were adopted/placed as children, birth family members and professionals. Our aim is to relieve distress, strengthen family relationships and inform and improve professional practice in relation to adoption and other permanent placements.
Objects: To Advance The Health And Well-Being Of, And To Provide Support To, Children, Young People And Adults, Who Are Placed Or To Be Placed, Or Who Were Placed, For Adoption Or Who Are Otherwise In Need Or In Receipt Of, Or Received, Similar Care, And Their Families, Carers Or Those Otherwise With Responsibility, Or Prospective Responsibility, For Them (The Beneficiaries);to Advance And Promote The Human Rights Of The Beneficiaries, And To Relieve Any Suffering And Disadvantage Experienced By Them;to Advance The Education Of Those Professionals And Others Who Work With, Provide Advice To Or Contribute To The Support Of The Beneficiaries And To Advance The Education Of The Public Generally In Relation To The Needs Of The Beneficiaries; Andto Further Such Ancillary And Incidental Exclusively Charitable Purposes As The Trustees In Their Absolute Discretion Shall From Time To Time Determine
