ST MARY REDCLIFFE & TEMPLE SCHOOL ENABLING FUND YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2024 Independent Examiner's Report to the Trustees of the St Mary Redcliffe & Ternple Sthool Enabling Fund I report on the accounts of the Enabling Fund I'the Charity'l for the year ended 31 March 2024 as set out on pages 4 to 6. The responsibilitles of the Trustees and the Independent Examiner As the Charity's Trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts and for considering section 144121 of the Charities Act 20111'the Act'l and decidin8 that it does not apply to the Enabling Fund. As a result of thi5 decision it is rny responsibility. under the procedures specified in the General Directions given by the Charity Commissioners under section 14515llbl of the Art, to state whether particular matters have come to my attention. Basi5 of the Independent Examiner's Report My examination was carried out in accordance with the General Dirertion given by the Charity Commissioners. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity nd a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual item5 of disc105ures in the accounts. and seekin8 explanations from you as Trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit and consequently I do not express an audit opinion on the view presented by the accounts.
