SEAFORD LIFEGUARDS ARE A VOLUNTARY ORGANISATION WHO PATROL SEAFORD BEACH WEEKENDS AND BANK HOLIDAYS FROM 1ST MAY TO 30TH SEPTEMBER. THEY ALSO MONITOR THE BYELAWS FOR LEWES DISTRICT COUNCIL, INCLUDING SPEEDING BOATS WITHIN THE SWIMMING AREA AND DOG FOULING. THEY ENDEAVOUR TO PREVENT ACCIDENTS BY VIGILANT OBSERVATIONS AND WARNING OF THE DANGERS OF THE SHELVING SEA.

Objects: To Foster The Safety Of And Render An Instant And Effective Rescue For The Assistance Of Any Person Or Persons In Peril From The Sea Within The Area Of Seaford, East Sussex.
