Provision of youth gym club for young people 13-18 years of age. Supporting lonely, elderly and vulnerable groups of the community by providing a social meeting place with activities.Encouraging better fitness levels and sustaining specialist gym classes for the above groups.

Objects: 1)to Help Young People, Especially But Not Exclusively Through Leisure Time Activities So To Develop Their Physical, Mental And Spiritual Capacities That They May Grow To Full Maturity As Individuals And Members Of Society And That Their Conditions Of Life May Be Improved. 2) To Promote The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of Worthing Without Distinction Of Sex, Or Of Political Religious Or Other Opinion By Associating The Local Authorities, Voluntary Organisations And Inhabitants In A Common Effort To Advance Education And To Provide Facilities In The Interest Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Leisure Time Occupation With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Said Inhabitants.
