Independent Examiner’s Report to the Trustees of The Redbourne Trust

I report on the accounts of The Redbourne Trust for the year ended 31[st] December 2024 , which are set out on pages 1 to 2.

Respective responsibilities of trustees and examiner

The charity’s trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the Charities Act 2011 (or relevant legislation).

I have been appointed to carry out an independent examination of these accounts under section [relevant section] of the Act. My role is to review the accounts and to report whether any material matters have come to my attention.

Basis of independent examiner’s statement

My examination was carried out in accordance with the Directions given by the Charity Commission. The work undertaken included a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. I also considered any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts.

Independent examiner’s statement

In the course of my examination, no matter has come to my attention:

  1. which gives me reasonable cause to believe that, in any material respect, the requirements to keep accounting records and prepare accounts in accordance with the Charities Act have not been met; or

  2. to which, in my opinion, attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
