to state whether particular matters have Come to my attention.

examineVs ststement by the Charity Commisston. An examination includes a review of the
accounting records keFrt by the charity and a comparison of the accounts
presented YAth those records. tt also includes Gonsideration of any unusual
items or disclosures in accounts, and seeking expSanations from the
trustees cOn￿rnIng any such matters. The prO￿dureS undertaken do not
provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit, and
consequently no opinion ￿ given as to whether the accounts present a 'true
and fai¢ view and the report is limited to those matters set out in the
statement below.

security of tenure if ODST decide they want
the room w6 are renting back for their own
use- at the moment we have a 7 year lease
up to 17 March 2031. However, they ¢an give
us a one years notice period. In the case of
thls happening. we currenty do not have any
other venue to move to.
