being able to hold annual Nativity.

ceremony. Both Nativity and
Summer Concert were hekl in the local
church. A small donation wa¥ given to
the church. Our Bikeathon event had
th￿)• of 'Pedal for the Pod. and w•
managad to raise enough mon•y to
purchase an offic¢ pod for the
preschool. This office helps to maintain
privat¢ communicatiofi with parents and
outside agencies that help the Children
when needed which has enrich¢d our
presch(K)I further.

The principal risk facing Ihe pTesch<M)I
is security of tenure if ODST decide they
want the room wè are renting back for
their own usc- at th¢ momcnt wc are on '
an interwn Tenant at Vlill Lease which
gtves us no time security on our lease.
Once the now lease is signed the new
l¢as¢ will give us a one years notice
period. In the case of this happening we
currenty do not have any other venue to
move to.
