The Trustees acknowledge that as some of us are parents of children at The Opportunity Group (Frome and District) we have an indirect benefit from the charity and thus a conflict of interest arises in certain circumslances. During the financial period, no discussions or decisions have taken place to which the trustees have been conflicled.
