## **THE LIVING WATERS TRUST Trustee's Report for year ending 31st March 2023**

The ministry of the Trust during this period was severely limited by the decision of The Naonwide Building Society to close their Charity Accounts. It was very difficult to find a bank that was willing to open an account for the Trust. We came to understand this was due to new regulaons to clamp down on money laundering. We were finally able to open an account for the Trust with the Charies Aid Foundaon Bank.

masts is well down because last years sum included a lot of back rent. We will be expecng a lower income in future as the lease renewals for the masts come up. This is due to the new government regulaons concerning the status of communicaon masts as being essenal to the Naonal Infrastructure.
