Objects: 4.1 The Charity's Objects (Objects) Are Specifically Restricted To The Following: 4.1.1 The Promotion Of Social Inclusion, For The Public Benefit, By Preventing People From Becoming Socially Excluded, Relieving The Needs Of Those People Who Are Socially Excluded And Assisting Them To Integrate Into Society, In Particular (But Not Exclusively) Through The Provision Of Education, Training, Leisure And Volunteering Opportunities And With A View To Strengthening Social Cohesion; 4.1.2 The Advancement Of The Applied And Visual Arts, For The Public Benefit, By Providing Participatory Arts Workshops, Classes And Activities In Community Settings; And 4.1.3 The Promotion Of Sustainable Development, For The Public Benefit, By The Promotion Of Sustainable Means Of Achieving Social And Economic Growth And Regeneration, In Each Case, Within Bristol And The Surrounding Area. 4.2 In This Article 4: 4.2.1 "Socially Excluded" Means Being Excluded From Society, Or Part Of Society, As A Result Of As A Result Of One Of More Of The Following Factors: Unemployment; Financial Hardship; Youth Or Old Age; Ill Health (Physical Or Mental); Substance Abuse Or Dependency Including Alcohol And Drugs; Discrimination On The Grounds Of Sex, Race, Disability, Ethnic Origin, Religion, Belief, Creed, Sexual Orientation Or Gender Re-Assignment; Poor Educational Or Skills Attainment; Relationship And Family Breakdown; Poor Housing (That Is Housing That Does Not Meet Basic Habitable Standards); Crime (Either As A Victim Of Crime Or As An Offender Rehabilitating Into Society); And 4.2.2 "Sustainable Development" Means Development Which Meets The Needs Of The Present Without Compromising The Ability Of Future Generations To Meet Their Own Needs. 4.3 Nothing In These Articles Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The Charity For Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 And/or Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008
