**Objects:** TO APPLY BOTH THE CAPITAL AND INCOME OF THE BENEVOLENT FUND TO OR FOR THE RELIEF OF SUCH POOR AND DISTRESSED BROTHER MASONS OR THEIR POOR AND DISTRESSED WIDOWS AND CHILDREN OR TO OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH MANONIC CHARITIES OR OTHER CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS, SOCIETIES AND OBJECTS AS THE CHAPTER SHALL IN DULY CONSTITUTED MEETIN FROM TIME TO TIME DIRECT.

**Activities:** It is a private Masonic Chapter with membership of 40 males approximately. We receive donations and  private collections from the members only and these are retained in our funds to be  used to help others who are less fortunate ourselves. We do not make any public appeals whatsoever and neither will we be doing so in the future. Our funtion is very private and we wish it to stay that way.
