The objects of the Assoaation are to
advance educati￿ of the pupils of the
school by provhling and assisting prowsion
of facilities for edu￿tiOn of the school (not
nomially provided by the Local Education
Aulhotity) and also to foster more extended
re]ationships between staff, parents and
others associales with the school.
For the past accounting year the Association
offered the below acttvibes and events, Ihat
helped to raise funds that were further
directed to the sch1￿1 needs:

Bake Sawsweet Friday- sale of
cakes d￿ated by the school

to St George's CE Primary School to support

operations of the Friends. total donations of
£19,193.30 have been made to the school in

The truste8s are satisfied that the reserves
are sufficient to meet ongoing commitinents
arKI to SUPFQrt planned projects and
enrichment activities across the sthcM)l.
The trustees consider Ihe financial posilion
to be stable ar￿ sustainable, and will
continue to monitor income and expenditure

speufic projects, deemed suitable by the
Trustees.

As the charitys trustees. you are responsible for the preparation of the
acEounts in ac(x)rdance the requirements of the Charities Act 2011
(Ihe Acr).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts Ca￿led out
under 5eclron 145 of the 2011 Act and in carying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 14515)(b) of the Act.

As part of my independent examination, I reviewed the charity's
accounting records and bank reconciliation for the financial year. I
confimi that Ihe records are consistent with the year*nd bank
statemen( and no material discrepancies were found.
Based on my revtew, l am satisfied that the accounts present a fair
and accurate reflection of the charity's financial positFon, and that
adequate accounting records have been kept in accordance with
section 145 of the Charities Act 2011.
l am sab'sfied that the trUSt￿S have kept appropriate financial
controls in pla￿. that funds have been applied in furtherance of the
charitys objectives. and that the overall financial position remains
stable at the year end.
