Activities

Thomas Wolsey School caters for children with physical and/or sensory needs. Many pupils also have complex medical and learning needs. The Friends of Thomas Wolsey School fund-raise for large projects and to buy equipment to enhance the children's learning both in the classroom and outside. The Friends group also maintains the mini bus, funds the Christmas Party and the Leavers' Gifts every year.

Objects: To Advance The Education Of The Pupils Of The School By Providing And Assisting In The Provision Of Facilities For Education And Recreation At The School (Not Normally Provided By The Local Education Authority) And As An Ancillary Thereto And In Furtherance Of This Object The League May: (A) Foster More Extended Relationships Between The Staff, Parents And Others Associated With The School; And (B) Engage In Activities Which Support The School And Advance The Education Of The Pupils Attending IT.
