**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS OF THE SCHOOL BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR EDUCATION AT THE SCHOOL (NOT READILY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY).

**Activities:** Our objective as a charity is to advance the education of the pupils of Dene Magna School by providing and assisting in the provision of facilities for education at the school (not readily provided by the local education authority).Funds are raised by holding events such as Quiz Nights, a Summer Fayre and Christmas Draw.  Funds are distributed as grants to school departments.
