Following discussion, the trustees agreed not to wind up the Trust as first suggested, but to reduce its size by about 75% of the then present client base, following agreed criteria. The chairman and co-founder of the Trust, David Herring, should then be able to cope with the administration, firstly on a trial basis, and then more permanently if he was successful and felt it right to do so. Mr and Mrs Elford would continue as trustees for the time being, and would be available to help Mr Herring with the handover duties. The 2021/22 period was made more difficult by the ongoing Covid problems, as well as the handover of all the administrative procedures, including the client reduction process. The 2022/23 financial period is therefore the first complete year under the new arrangements, and this report, with its attachments shows the progress made.
