The trustees (who are also the directors of the company for the purposes of
company lawl are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The
charity's trustees consider that an audrt is not required for Ihis year under
seclion 144 of the Charities Act 2011 (the Charities Acl) and that an
independent examination is needed. trhe charity's gross income exceeded
£250,000 and l am qualified to undertake the examination by being a

to follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the
Charity Commission (under sedion 145(5)(b) of the Charities Act, and
