Truslee Board.
The pri￿ty of the Trustees is to meet patients, needs ensuring there is
sufficient income by maintaining the value of the trust's assets by ulilising

trustees have provKled counselling services, transport for the disabled,
and equipmenl beyond the normal proviS￿n for patients and the Health

managed portfolio.

surgery rather than being retained as (apital
The surgery needs a larger building and the likelihocKI of the funding for
this from the NHS has recenty increased. Therefore the spending of a
substanlial sum on the present building fnay not be the best use of these
funds
