Para 1.20 During the year, the charity supported the
school through a number of fundraising and
community activities. These included a
Fireworks Event, Danceathon, Wealth
Making activities and a Christmas Fair, all of
which generated funds to support the
charity’s objectives while encouraging
participation from pupils, families and the
wider community.
The charity also made a financial
contribution towards the development of the
Maple Class garden. This has provided an
improved outdoor space to support learning
and wellbeing for pupils who use the area.
Match funding was provided by the Lloyds
Foundation.
Overall, the charity’s activities have helped
to enhance school facilities and resources,
benefiting pupils directly and contributing
positively to the wider school community.

Para 1.46 Costs of running fundraising events are ever
increasing and the margin of profit on these

are
also, conscious that the school community
are being hit by rising costs of living and do
not want to increase ticket sale prices for
events that we run.Volunteers time is critical
to the charity as there are no paid staff.

Responsibilities and basis of report

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31/08/2025 .

As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
