THE ACCESS TO AND ENJOYMENT OF THE NAVAL BASE BUILDINGS BY THE PUBLIC FOR THE PURPOSES OF EDUCATION IN NAVAL HISTORY AND OTHER MATTERS RELATED TO THE DEFENCE OF THE REALM.

**Activities:** To preserve the Historic Dockyard at Portsmouth so that it may be enjoyed by the public for generations to come.  To restore, maintain and find appropriate new uses for buildings of outstanding historic and architectural interest in the Dockyard.
