Thls replaces the constitution adopted on 14 January 1986 and amended on 21 September 1993. The object of the charity is to advance the education of the pupils of Orleans Park School by engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which support the school and advance the education of the pupils. The Trustees have referred to the guidance contained in the Charity Commission's general guidance on public benefit when reviewing the charity s aims and objectives and in planning the charity's future activities. During the year under review. Orleans Park School Association raised funds of £56,641 which was topped up by the charity's reserves and after payments of fund raising and administration expenses enabled funds of £61,161 to be given to the school to provide facilities and items to advance the education of the pupils. These items included donation of £25,000 as a contribution towards canopie5 over outdoor seating areas and £13,875 for Chromebooks. This year saw the funds raised from Rugby Parking return to normal levels as we were able to staff the carpark. The Trustee5 would like to express their thanks to all those Volunteers who helped the Trust raise the remarkable sum of £56,641 over the last fi'nancial year.
