LEGAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE INFORMATION Charity's principal address: Orleans Park School, Richmond Road, Twickenham, TW1 3BB The charity is governed by the PTA-UK model Constitution adopted on 28 April 2014. This replaces the constitution adopted on 14 January 1986 and amended on 21 September 1993. The object of the charity is to advance the education of the pupils of Orleans Park School by engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which support the school and advance the education of the pupils. The Trustees have referred to the guidance contained in the Charity Commission's general guidance on public benefit when reviewing the charity[’] s aims and objectives and in planning the charity's future activities. ## TRUSTEES AND GOVERNANCE Trustees: Sandra Laville (Appointed 01 March 2022) Myrto Tzanatou Williams (Appointed 19 September 2023) Nicola Sophie Butler (Appointed 19 September 2023) Joanna Henry - Treasurer (Appointed 19 May 2024) John Soames - Treasurer (Resigned 19 May 2024) The charity is under the control of the committee members / Trustees ## SUMMARY OF ORLEANS PARK SCHOOL ASSOCIATION ACTIVITIES DURING THE YEAR In planning our activities for the year, the Trustees kept in mind the Charity Commission's guidance on public benefit. During the year under review, Orleans Park School Association raised funds which, after payment of fund raising and administration expenses, left a surplus of £14,348 which was topped up by the charity' reserves to enable funds to be given to the school to provide facilities and items to advance the education of the pupils, including a donation of £16,640 for a new Drama Floor, and £15,057 for a Grand Piano and percussion instruments.
