LEGAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE INFORMATION
Charity's principal address:Orleans Park School, Richmond Road, Twickenham, TW1 3BB
The charity is governed by the PTA-UK model Constitution adopted on 28 April 2014. This replaces the constitution adopted on 14 January 1986 and amended on 21 September 1993.
The object of the charity is to advance the education of the pupils of Orleans Park School by engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which support the school and advance the education of the pupils. The Trustees have referred to the guidance contained in the Charity Commission's general guidance on public benefit when reviewing the charity[l] s aims and objectives and in planning the charity's future activities.

SUMMARY OF ORLEANS PARK SCHOOL ASSOCIATION ACTIVITIES DURING THE YEAR
In planning our activities for the year, the Trustees kept in mind the Charity Commission's guidance on public benefit. During the year under review, Orleans Park School Association raised funds which, after payment of fund raising and administration expenses, left a surplus of £32,853 which was topped up by the charity' reserves to enable funds to be given to the school to provide facilities and items to advance the education of the pupils, including a donation of £1,000 to the year 11 Prom, and £1,500 donation for books. This year saw a big increase in fund raising following the Covid Pandemic. The request for donations have been lower in 2021-2022, however the school is keen for support on bigger projects in 2022 – 2023.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of Orleans Park School Association ("the Trust") for the year ended 31 August 2022 which are set out on pages 3 to 5.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND BASIS OF REPORT
As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 ("the Act").
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S STATEMENT
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:

accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Act or

the accounts do not accord with the accounting records
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
