The trustees p￿sertt their report and financial statements of the charity for the year
ended 31 December 2021. The trustees have adopted the provlslons of Accounting and
Reportlng by charl￿eS.'5tatefflent of Recommended Prdtti¢e applicable to charities
preparlng thelr acc(wJnts In accordance wlth the Flnantial Reportlng Standard appllcable
in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 102) (effecttve l January 20151.
Structure. Governance and Management
The Church is governe¢J by a Declaration of Tnjst dated 20 September 1985 {and Deed of
Variatlon dated 20 March 1995) to promote the advancement of the Chrlstian Faith either
n the Unlted Klngdom or overseas.
The trustees named on the Infomatlon page have served during the year. Appointment
of the trustees is governed by the TNst Oeed of the Charlty. The Board of trustees Ss
authori5ed to appolnt new trustees to fill vacanc(es arlslng through reslgnatlon or death of
n existing trustee.
Objectives and policles
The object is to recruit others to the purposes and goals or the Church namely to become
an active member of the Church who carries out the mlnlstry of Jesus Chrtst partlculadv
the recrultlng and tralnlng of others as Plis disdples In intrtsducing them to HSM In person
and tralnlng them In the values of the Church wlth a vlew to the ¢)ngolng multlpllcatlon of
HIS followers.
The Trustees conflrni that they have due regard for the Charttles Commlsslon's general
guldence on publlc beneflt.

Resources were directed into the advancement of the Chrtsdan falth both In the Unlted
Klngdotn and overseas and gifts were made to both Indlvlduals and instltutlons for thls
urpose. A slgnifi¢ant investment was made In the area of Christlan training for the
purpose of ¥¢hlevlng the obJectSve of the charlty.
In 2021 deSP￿e the contlnued Impatt and challenge presented by the Covld 19 vinJ5 the
trust contlnued In Its ongolng vlsion and mlssion to be a funct5oning body of Christians
that releases the love of God In the power and demonstratlon of the Holy spl￿t through
the spintual gifts appointed to each member of the Church. Equlpping ant1 trainlng each
member to help them to know for themselves thelr true Identity as God'5 chlld and out of
that securlty serve according to their pÈrsonal measure of grace and faith and to walk
through Ilfe with the Holy Spldt became prartised and developed In day to day life outside
of the old meetlng structures and organrsation. Bamabas Mlnlstrfes has contlnued to take
the message of the Father's love and our identity, purpose and calllng as God's children
both to our own natlon and to the Ukraine through online tralnlng.
The community foodbank, Seahaven Storehwse. whlth provldes baslc food supplies as
expressions of the Father's love has continued through 2021 to help feed local famllles
wlth contlnued increased demand for its sewvices. Members of the publlc and local
voluntary groups gave their money. time ant1 energy freely to serve their community. We
contlnued (yjr mlnSstry to local sch¢Jols through onllne teachlng.
As we look to the futu￿ ovr mission continue5 to be to take God's p￿senCe, love and
power to our local community, our règion and our nation and out to the nations through
equlpplng and releaslng men and women Into thelr God given identity purpose and
calllng.

We are pleased to report the churth members have cOn￿nUed to 9lve generously and
enable the trust to meets its mlnlstry commltments.
Funds available are sufflclent to permlt the Churth to con￿nUe In operabon In the
medlum lerm. The Trustees are Sa￿slIed that Ihe thJrity is able to meet ivs liabilities as
they fall due.

The policy of the Church 15 to malntaln sufficlent reserves whlch. In the oplnlon of the
trustees allows them to cover rnanagement and admlnlstrailon costs and plan for the
following years glvSng. At the year enij the general reserve fvnd5 were £109.773

All aspects of church Ilfe and mlnlstry both Intemal and to the comrnunlty at lar9e are only
achlevable because of thls voluntary serving.
The food bank Is run by volunteers from the church alongslde members of the publlc who glve thelr
tlrne tsp to help. Donattons of money and food come Irom the comrnunlty and members of the
thurch.
Mlnlstry Schools are run wlth the help of team member5 who often serve at thelr own expense glvlng
thelr ￿me and meetlng thelr own nnandal costs.
It Is not posslble to quantify the amounts of donated 9oods and semces and therefore these have
not been Ind¢Jded ID the accoltnts.
