**Activities:** To promote the advancement of the education of the public by the study of local history in the parishes of Barnes & Mortlake, by recording and where appropriate publishing the results of such study. To collect and preserve documents,pictures and other relics relating to Barnes & Mortlake. Also by organising meetings,exhibitions and visits to places of historical interest.
