This imposes no restrictions on the distribution of funds for charitable purposes. The names of the trustees are set out on page l. together with the tn￿t'S address. They served as trustees throughout the year, and are the sons of Martin RichaTd I laTris. Objectii es & Activities The objective of the trust is to make donations and grants for cFLaTitable purposes for activities that it supwrts and is interested in. These include charities involved for th¢ public benefit in medical research and care, social welfare, educatio￿ heritag¢ and the arts, often in the London Bori)ugh of Merton or where the other trustees live. The trusfres choose these charities at their sole discretion. Some of the charities are those with which the trustees are involved. failing which the clwities are known to them. The tn￿te¢S consid¢r they have complied with their duty to have due regards to the Charity Commission's public benefit guidance when exercising any powers or duties to which the guidance is relevant. The trustees continue to review the level of donations given to match the Trust's kncome. Financial Review The net assets as at 5th April 2024 are shown on page 4. A summary of receipts alld payments for the year is tsiven on page 5. The Trust does not hold any assets &s custodian on behalf of other3. Th¢ trust¢¢s ¢onsid¢r that th¢ unrealised gain on th¢ investments, which constitute the Enain reserves of the ch￿lty, is not available for distribution.
