Berkshire RG5 3EU 13 December 2021 To Whom It May Concern, Independent Examination - Bulmershe School Fund (A Rwstered Charity) I report. as instructed by yourselves. on the accounts of the abov¢ mentioned Bulm¢rshe School Fund for the period l August 2020 to 31 July 2021. Respeetive Responsibilities As the ReElStered Charity's tnlstees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. It is my responsibility to state, on the b&sis of procedures specified in the Genetal Directions given by the Charity Commissioners &$ to wbether any particular matters have come to my attentio Once again, this year l am reporting under the Charities (Protection and Social Investtnent) Act, 2016. This Act has varied, and modified. a number of previous Acts Of ParliamenL and aIso consolidated the previous Act of 2011. I have considered the accounts, as submitted, on this basis. .continues

CruciaIly, the 2016 Act has intr(Kluced compliance requirements applicable to Charities who use Professional Fundraisers or Commercial Participators to fund raise; the requirements cover behaviour, unreasonably intrusive or persistent approaches and general protection of the public, and the specifIc protection of vulnerable peopl¢ from fimdraising approaches. I have, once again, liaised with the Finance oificer on the atK)ve matters and am satisfied that the activities of the Bulmershe School Fund do not fall within the scope of these requirements. Basis Of Independent Examiners Report My examination was carried out in accordance with the General Directions given by the Charity CommissioneTS. The examination included a review of the accounting records kept by the Charity and a compartson of the accounts as presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosur¢s in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would b¢ required in a full audit, and consequently I do not express an audit opinion on the view given by the accounts. As in previous years, accounts have been prepar¢d which provide very clear management and financial InfOrn￿tion with the resultant benefits in the administering of the School Fund. The ongoing usage of Computer softwaie continues to ensure that the accounts and records supplt¢d to me by the Finance O)ficer are clear and provide an accurate audit trail. The financial statements of the School Fund for the above period are appended herewith. ..continues

Independent Examiner's Statement In connection with my examination, no matter has come to my attention which: (a) gives me reasonable cause to believe that, in any material respect, the requirements to keep accounting records in accordance with section 41 of the Act" and to prepare accounts which accord with the accounting records and to comply witb the accounting requirements of the Act have not been met. and (b) to whic14 in my opinion, attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached. I further consider the accounts. for the period ended 3 1st July 2021, as ptepared and submitted to me, provide a true, fair and accurate record of the Bulmershe School Fund.
