**Objects:** (A) TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF JOYDENS WOOD ESTATE AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD TOGETHER DEFINED BY TILE KILN LANE, BALDWYN'S PARK, DARTFORD ROAD, OLD BEXLEY LANE, LEYTON CROSS ROAD, BIRCHWOOD ROAD AND JOYDENS WOOD (HEREINAFTER CALLED "THE AREA OF BENEFIT") WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID INHABITANTS AND THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT. **Activities:** The Association was formed to benefit local Residents and is empowered and Governed by a Scheme of Management which incorporates our Constitution. The association is responsible for the maintenance and management of the local Community Centre which is used by voluntary groups and organisations.
