**Objects:** FOR THE PURPOSES OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF KIRTLINGTON, OXFORDSHIRE WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR OTHERFORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** We provide:- A hall for meetings or sports such as badminton or indoor bowls. Kitchen facilities. Small meeting rooms, sports changing and shower facilities. Sports field for football and cricket. We fundraise to upkeep the buildings and facilities; and where possible to upgrade and expand those facilities.
